Life is full of challenges that we were not created to overcome alone. I believe therapy is a valuable source of tools and encouragement that enables individuals to develop healthy skills and responses. My goal is to meet each client where they are, striving to create a welcoming environment where they can process and problem-solve. I collaborate with clients to explore and identify the root issues of struggles and conflicts. We then explore their strengths and weaknesses to find solutions and develop healthy coping strategies to assist them in setting and achieving reasonable goals.
My clinical training focused on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I find that every individual’s unique experiences and personality often require a more eclectic approach. I believe that we function at our best when we address issues holistically, looking at mind, body, and spirit. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, as well as couples.
